Hi, I'm Katie! Welcome to the first step in your sleep journey. I’m here to help you navigate it with confidence. Using a gentle, holistic approach, I guide parents every step of the way to create restful sleep for both children and parents. Together, we can build a peaceful sleep environment that supports your little one's health, development, and well-being.

About Me

My name is Katie Allan

I specialise in supporting families with children aged 0–10, including those with additional needs, helping them find calm, restful nights through sleep solutions that genuinely fit their child.

My whole professional career has been in child care, but where my passion really lies is in children's sleep coaching, where I have several years experience. I am dedicated to supporting families in a truly meaningful, life-changing way. I’m fascinated by neuroscience and how sleep supports brain development, emotional regulation, and behaviour. I love exploring how children think, feel, and respond to the world around them, and this understanding shapes the gentle, adaptive approach I take - especially when supporting neurodiverse children, who benefit from flexibility, understanding, and trust-based strategies.

As a mum of three, I’ve experienced my own share of unpredictable nights and understand first-hand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep challenges can be for the whole family. Let me tell you, there really is no substitute for personalised coaching.

This combination of personal insight and professional experience enables me to guide families with empathy, practical strategies, and reassurance - giving you the confidence, tools, and knowledge to create calmer evenings, smoother nights, and a more peaceful rhythm that aligns with your family’s values.
